Premium oil or standard oil
Over the last 20 years, we’ve developed our own oil portrait painting technique inspired by the workshop of the great Leonardo da Vinci.
We are delighted to offer two techniques in oil portrait paintings: premium oil and standard oil.
Premium oil paintings painted from a photo consist of a minimum of 8 ultra-thin layers of oil. The drying time for each layer is strictly defined and maintained. We use only the finest natural resins, oils, and pigments.
Standard oil portrait paintings consist of a maximum of 8 ultra-thin layers of oil. Just like with the premium technique, we define and strictly follow the drying time. We also use the fine natural resins, oils, and pigments.
Our canvases are produced for us on special order, and we personally stretch the stretcher bars onto wooden frames (perfectly dried beech, oak, or ash). This ensures the durability of our portraits for hundreds of years.
With passion and 20 years of dedicated work, we’ve achieved a high level of skill in the oil technique. All of this is done to bring you great pleasure and create one of the most touching and beautiful material things – the portrait of a magnificent person.
