The brand proprietor, Adam Ziemba, operates under the Ziemba Luxury brand (ZL) and is located at PO BOX 6311 Glen Allen, VA 23058. Custom artworks for sale are the property of artists under the ZL brand. “NoblePortrait.com” is referred to as the “Seller,” and the purchaser as the “Buyer.”

NoblePortrait.com specializes in:
1. Crafting custom paintings and portraits, meticulously hand-painted or drawn, often from photos provided by the Buyer.

2. Offering a selection of pre-existing artworks for sale.

2. Ordering Artwork

2.1. Orders can be conveniently placed through the website.

2.2. Customers receive an automatic email with order details and number upon order placement.

2.3. All gallery prices are in USD.

2.4. Each order includes a purchase confirmation.

3. Payment and Shipping

3.1. Artwork shipments are processed on business days. Artwork is dispatched securely to prevent damage, with deliveries worldwide.

3.2. The payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or check. Bank transfers and credit cards may incur a processing fees. Checks do not incur any additional fees.

4. Refunds

4.1. Buyers can withdraw within 10 days of receiving shipped goods.

4.2. Returned artworks, sent at the buyer’s expense, must be securely packed.

4.3. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return shipment and meeting the return conditions.

4.4. Custom-ordered artworks (such as custom paintings or custom portraits) are not covered by the return policy.
